My Progress

Thursday, January 28, 2010

Just shy of the new milestone...

but I'm celebrating it anyhow.

I lost 3.4 at WI today after 2 weeks of really solid workouts and tracking. Recently, I've added 30 minutes of recumbent bike to my workout. It seems to have helped me along, and I'm happy with my progress on the elliptical as well, where I've been pushing my intensity ever so slightly.

To reach 125 lost, I needed to lose 3.6. I was seriously 0.2 shy. Oh well.... Enjoy!

Progress so far: 124.8 pounds.

Congrats on all your success... very inspirational. Hopefully I can experience the same amount of success as you and be an inspiration to others in the future. I've just begun my journey (again), but it's gotta start somewhere. Wish me luck :-)

We really miss ya.

As a guy who started a blog nearly 5yrs ago (May 5th.. 5yrs), and gained and lost weight, AND fell off the wagon 4 times (since then), AND stopped blogging, AND only returned time and time again.... after the encouragement of fellow bloggers.........

I understand your absence.

It's my sincere hope that this comment finds you fit/well, and just taking a break from the life of blogging..... BUT, if that's not the case and the turmoil of life has managed to sabotage your amazing progress, I want you to know that sometimes, (a lot of times) #@$# happens. It happens to all of us, and that's okay.

I'm a firm believer in the philosophy of "if it doesn't kill you, it'll only make you stronger".

The main reason that I'm still blogging, and attempting to live a healthier life today, is because I've learned from my past mistakes (most of them).

We all really miss you. We'd all love to see you return to your blog..... and believe me when I say it's never as bad as you think it is.
